اسمك وإيميلك عند التسجيل (أو من حساب Google لو اخترت الدخول به)، ومعلومات شركتك اللي تكتبها بنفسك (الخدمات، الفروع، الموظفين)، والمحادثات والملفات اللي ترفعها للإيجنتات، وسجل نشاط الإيجنتات داخل حسابك.
لتشغيل إيجنتاتك فقط: الرد على عملائك، تسجيل الطلبات والمواعيد، إعداد التقارير، وحفظ ذاكرة خاصة بشركتك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة إعلانية.
تسجيل الدخول: لو دخلت بحساب Google نقرأ اسمك وإيميلك فقط لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك.
ربط حساب Google الخاص بشركتك (اختياري): صاحب الشركة يقدر يربط حساب Google حق الشركة من شاشة «الربط» عشان إيجنتاته يشتغلون بأدواته. نطلب صلاحيتين فقط، ولكل وحدة استخدام محدد (لا نطلب أي صلاحية على Gmail):
calendar.events): السكرتير يحجز ويعدّل مواعيد عملائك بتقويمك ويقرأ مواعيد اليوم لتذكيرك.drive.file): حفظ الملفات اللي يطلّعها الإيجنت (تقارير، عروض، فواتير) بمجلد FlowMate بدرايفك. هذه الصلاحية تشوف فقط الملفات اللي أنشأها FlowMate، ولا تصل لباقي ملفاتك.البريد: الإيميلات التي يرسلها الإيجنت تخرج من عنوان شركتك على FlowMate (<شركتك>@getflowmate.ai) باسم شركتك، ويصل الرد إلى إيميلك مباشرة — بدون أي وصول إلى حساب Gmail الخاص بك.
كيف نحفظ ونحمي هذه البيانات: رموز الوصول (tokens) تُخزَّن مشفّرة (AES-GCM) بمفتاح خاص لكل شركة على Cloudflare، ولا يطّلع عليها أي موظف عندنا. مواعيد التقويم وملفات درايف لا تُستخدم إلا لتنفيذ طلبك في لحظتها، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي، ولا للإعلانات، ولا تُباع أو تُشارك مع أي جهة. الوصول للبيانات من خلال الخوادم فقط (Cloudflare) ولا يُنقل لأي طرف ثالث غير المذكورين تحت «الجهات الخارجية» ولأغراض التشغيل فقط.
الإلغاء والحذف: تقدر تفصل حساب Google بأي وقت من «الربط ← فك الربط» وعندها نحذف الرموز فوراً، أو من صفحة صلاحيات حساب Google. وعند حذف حسابك تُحذف كل بيانات Google المرتبطة به خلال ٣٠ يوم.
الاستخدام المحدود: استخدام FlowMate ونقله للمعلومات المستلمة من Google APIs يلتزم بـ Google API Services User Data Policy، بما فيها متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).
بيانات كل شركة معزولة عن غيرها بمعرّف مستقل على مستوى التخزين، وتُنقل مشفّرة، وتُخزَّن على Cloudflare. الموظفون يشوفون فقط ما سمح لهم به صاحب الشركة.
نحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك فعّال. تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناته بإيميل إلى getflowmate.io@gmail.com ونحذفها خلال ٣٠ يوم.
نستخدم Anthropic لتشغيل الإيجنتات، وCloudflare للاستضافة، وGoogle لتسجيل الدخول ولخدمات Gmail والتقويم ودرايف لو ربطت حساب شركتك، وواتساب (Meta/360dialog) لقنوات المراسلة لو فعّلتها.
FlowMate (getflowmate.ai) provides AI secretary and business agents. We collect your name and email at sign-up (or from your Google account if you sign in with Google), the business information you enter, the conversations and files you share with your agents, and agent activity logs within your account. We use this data solely to operate your agents and keep a private memory for your business. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. Google user data: with Google sign-in we read only your name and email. A business owner may optionally connect the business's Google account from the Connections screen; we then request exactly two scopes, each for one purpose (we never request any Gmail scope; emails your agents send go out from your FlowMate address in your business name, and replies land in your own inbox). calendar.events — the Secretary books and updates appointments in your calendar and reads today's events to remind you. drive.file — files the agents produce (reports, quotes, invoices) are saved to a FlowMate folder in your Drive; this scope only sees files FlowMate created. Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-GCM) with a per-business key on Cloudflare and are never visible to our staff. Calendar events and Drive files are used only to carry out your request at that moment; they are not used to train any AI model, not used for advertising, and never sold or shared. You can disconnect at any time (Connections → Disconnect, which deletes the tokens immediately) or from your Google Account permissions; deleting your FlowMate account deletes all associated Google data within 30 days. FlowMate's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Each business is isolated at the storage layer; data is encrypted in transit and hosted on Cloudflare. We retain data while your account is active; email getflowmate.io@gmail.com to delete your account and all data within 30 days. Sub-processors: Anthropic, Cloudflare, Google, Meta/360dialog (if WhatsApp is enabled).
